Contract Recruiting
Each of our contract recruiters possesses 10+ years of recruiting experience. Our clients utilize our contract staff during hiring spikes or as a stop-gap solution while searching for a permanent recruiter. Clients also appreciate the flexibility of hiring a recruiter on call. The ability to bring on a recruiter as needed offers tremendous flexibility to clients that have headcount or budget constraints.
We require a minimum weekly commitment of 10 hours for contract staff. Hourly bill rates range from $50 to $80 dependent on the type of recruiting that is needed.
Contingent Search
Under a contingent agreement, TriData Staffing is compensated only after our client fills the open role with a professional that has been presented by TriData Staffing. Fee agreements may vary dependent on the type of position. Working with us under a contingent search agreement ensures our clients will select from a talent pool that includes both passive and active job seekers. We will source and present professionals who meet all of the requirements for your open position.
Retained Search
Under a retained agreement the client will pay a portion of the placement fee upfront and the remainder of the fee at the time of placement. Under a retained agreement we will assign one of our recruiters to your open position full-time. This means that your position will receive a 40-hour commitment from a recruiting professional until it’s filled.
